"Shall the Board of Directors of the Edgewood-Colesburg Community School District in the Counties of Clayton and Delaware, State of Iowa, be authorized to contract indebtedness and issue General Obligation Bonds in an amount not to exceed $12,555,000 to provide funds to remodel, repair, improve, and equip the Elementary School facility, including HVAC improvements; to build, furnish, and equip additions to the Junior/Senior High School facility, including new gym and new space for career and technical education, with related remodeling and improvements, safety and security upgrades, and site improvements, including relocation of the main entrance and drop-off and pick-up areas?"
Absentee ballots are available beginning Wednesday, August 24, 2022 in the Auditor’s Office. Voters may vote in person through 4:30 PM on Monday, September 12, 2022. The deadline to request an absentee ballot to be mailed is Monday, August 29, 2022.

Delaware County is the control county for the school district. Following individual canvasses by Clayton and Delaware Counties the week of September 19, 2022, Delaware County will do a combined canvass the week of September 26, 2022. It is at that time determination of passage will occur and results will become official.
